Quality-Based Mentoring (QBM)

Logo: QBMQuality-Based Mentoring (QBM) is an initiative that Oregon Mentors piloted in 2012 to assist youth mentoring programs in assessing, evaluating and, ultimately, increasing the quality of their services. Though Oregon Mentors continues offering core services to all mentoring programs, staff also dedicates significant time to the QBM process, which will continue in the coming years.

The pilot group is nearing completion, and additional programs can now self-select into the next round of QBM. Check out this video to learn about QBM and why your program should consider participating.

If you’re ready to apply to join QBM, please complete this application (PDF, 86KB) and return it to info@oregonmentors.org or (503) 517-8993. If you have questions about QBM or the application process, call Meghan Ferns at (503) 517-8990 or e-mail info@oregonmentors.org.
