Quality-Based Mentoring (QBM)
Quality-Based Mentoring (QBM) is an initiative Oregon Mentors' piloted in the beginning of 2012 to assist youth mentoring programs in assessing, evaluating and, ultimately, increasing the quality of their services. Though Oregon Mentors will continue offering its core services to all registered programs that are interested, our staff will dedicate time to launching and sustaining the QBM process in the coming years.
A pilot group is currently engaged in the QBM process, but additional registered programs will be able to self-select into the next round of QBM beginning in January 2013.
