How to Register Your Program

If you're a new youth mentoring program seeking to build your knowledge and resources in mentoring, we're eager to serve you. If you run a more established mentoring program that is excited to take advantage of the services Oregon Mentors offers, we're excited to learn about your work as well.

It's FREE to register your youth mentoring program with Oregon Mentors. You must background check your volunteers and complete this one-time application (Word DOC, 97 KB) and complete an annual data survey each November. It's that simple!

To register, please complete this application and e-mail it to info@oregonmentors.org with the subject line "New Program Registration - Your Program Name".

Once registered, your program profile will be added to our searchable database for potential mentors and interested parties to find you. In addition, you'll have access to an extensive list (PDF 75KB) of free and discounted benefits.
