Refunds & Returns

General Policy

Oregon Mentors is a non-profit organization. As such, refunds will generally not be provided. However, Oregon Mentors may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Donations

Donations to Oregon Mentors are final and non-refundable.

Training

Registrations for training courses and our conference are non-refundable including no-shows.

If Oregon Mentors cancels or reschedules an event, you will be given the option to transfer your registration to a new event time or to receive a full refund.

Events

Regular ticket prices to Oregon Mentors’ events including its annual awards and fundraising luncheon include the hard costs of the event as well as a donation. Refunds prior to the event may be requested and considered.

Delivery methods and timing

Oregon Mentors is a non-profit organization that does not sell products or services requiring delivery. When we periodically offer materials to registered programs or mentors, we expedite the delivery of those materials via the most timely and cost effective method possible.
