Adapt provides substance abuse prevention services to residents of Douglas County, in addition, to the alcohol, drug and gambling treatment it provides to Coos, Curry and Douglas counties. The agency also includes SOARS, an addictions research facility, and South River Medical Center, a medical clinic in Winston, Oregon.
