Program Description

Family Support & Connections impacts families in our community through our Family Mentoring Program. They are encouraged to set and achieve goals that will move them from a mindset of poverty to one of self sufficiency. Families are also encouraged to access resources in our community as well as events and activities to help them build a healthy social network.
